How often do you examine your conflicts of interest?

The Challenge

List all of the projects you're involved in right now. Do you have a conflict of interest in working on any of them?

Why do this?

It's sometimes difficult to recognize when we have conflicting loyalties. Examining our projects through this lens every now and again helps to identify and resolve any conflicts of interest that are present.

Doing this will help you maintain a high level of integrity in your work.

What’s next?

If you identify a conflict of interest when you do this exercise, loop in your manager or another trusted coworker to help you resolve it.
