Who inspires you?

The Challenge

Think about the person who most inspires you. This person might be living or dead, a public figure or a friend/family member. Find a picture of them or a quote they said that reminds you of the qualities you admire in them, and display it somewhere prominent in your workspace.

Why do this?

Give yourself a source of inspiration that you can tap into whenever you need it.

Looking at a picture (or reading a quote) of someone you admire every day can be a powerfully motivating force.

What’s next?

Ask a coworker to tell you about the person that they find most inspiring, and what it is about that person that they most admire.
