How could another company steal business from you?

The Challenge

List three to five things that a new or current competitor would need to do better than (or differently than) your organization in order to take significant business away from you.

Why do this?

Identify opportunities to improve your own business. One way to do this is by understanding  what a competitor would need to do in order to capture business from yours.

Remember that if you are not continually looking for opportunities to improve your business, you are creating opportunities for a competitor to outperform you and steal business away.

What’s next?

Create a plan to take on those characteristics you listed in the initial challenge. Ensure that your organization is its own biggest, fiercest competitor.
