How did the last 60 minutes contribute to your goals?

The Challenge

Set a pad of paper next to your workspace for the remainder of the day. At the end of every hour, ask yourself, "Did the last 60 minutes contribute to me accomplishing the goals that are most important to me?" Write down your answer.

Why do this?

Being intentional about how you spend your time will make you more productive, less stressed, and more successful.

By prioritizing the tasks you work on you'll be able to make much bigger strides toward achieving the goals that matter the most to you.

What’s next?

At the end of the day, review what you've written. What does this log tell you about your ability to prioritize your time? How many hours did you spend working toward your most important goals? How many hours were "wasted" in this regard?
