How often do you use the words "I'm wrong" or "I'm sorry"?

The Challenge

List the situations during the past week where you used one of these phrases. If you cannot remember saying "I'm wrong" or "I'm sorry" in the past week, think back to the most recent time you did.

Why do this?

Working, thinking, and interacting with colleagues effectively requires you to remain open to the ideas and experiences of others. You must be willing to question your own opinions and remain humble and curious about others' ideas and experiences. If you have said or done something that caused offense to someone else, acknowledge it with an apology. An inclusive workplace is one in which new ideas are welcomed, including opinions that may not align with your own.

A diverse workforce makes better decisions because diverse teams reflect a wide range of perspectives. Leveraging diversity requires an inclusive workplace where individual differences are valued and utilized to achieve the vision and mission of the organization.
