How well are you serving your clients or customers? (Copy)

The Challenge

Create a four-question survey for the clients or customers that you have served over the past six months. Solicit feedback on what they think you did well, what they would like more of, and what they would like to happen differently. Let your customers know that you strive to continually improve their experience in working with you.

Why do this?

This challenge encourages you to anticipate and meet the needs of your customers, and helps you focus on creating maximum value for them.

Soliciting customer feedback at regular intervals allows you to meet changing needs over time, and continue to provide excellent customer service.

What’s next?

Analyze the customer feedback for important themes. Select one item that you can act on within the next thirty days, and implement that improvement. Also, make a plan for collecting this critical feedback a regular part of your business.
