Look over your work calendar for the week. Find one meeting that you could cancel and address through an email instead.
Why do this?
Clutter has the same effect whether it appears on your to-do list or in your physical space: it's stressful. If you're not careful, things start piling up all around you--in your work, your personal life, on your desk and in your closet.
