How do you celebrate your staff?

The Challenge

If you haven't already, reach out to each of your team members asking them when their birthday is. Then, record that someone where you'll remember and plan some small way to celebrate when that day comes around--even if it's just a private message wishing them a great day.

Why do this?

Small gestures like this go a long way in bringing a team closer together, and making the individuals within it feel appreciated.

When teams celebrate together, they build trust and friendships that translate to a better work environment.
